She is a heavy smoker since she was 20 years old. She was brought to the emergency room because her family found her unresponsive on the floor. She was diaphoretic. Her family thought she had her diabetes decompensated. Mrs. Johnson’s daughter indicated her mother was complaining of nausea and epigastric pain the day before. Also, her blood pressure was high.

Mrs. Paula Johnson as he arrives at the hospital the initial reaction would be to check her vitals as well as her blood sugar . As she is a diabete patient it should be noted wheather her blood sugar has gone down

The next step is to make sure her blood pressure is normal if not medication should be initiated

Then ECG of the patient has to be taken and diagnosis of myocardial infraction should be made sure then the treatment that can be aspirin oxygen and opioid therapy can be initiated.
