Code selection:1.from benign or malignant.

2. Size in centimetre.

3. Anatomical location.

* DIFFERENCE BETWEEN EXCISION AND DESTRUCTION:

•EXCISION:1. Excision meaning " to cut out".

2. Excision is the full thickness removal of lesions including margins.

3.excision including simple closure.

•DESTRUCTION:1. Destruction means demolition.

2. Destruction is the ablation of tissue by any method.

3. Destruction not usually requires closure.
