If the desruptive client behaviour poses any risk of violence, assault or other equivalent desruptive behaviour that threatens the integrity of the environment of clinics, hospitals or health care units, or which may cause injuries to patient, health care professionals or staffs in the emergency area implement for the STANDARDISED RESPONSE TEAM.

While treating disruptive client first follow the interventions. Notify the lead manager about the behaviour. Determine the route cause of the behaviour of client. Address the inappropriate behaviour if it occurs and consider a behavioural contract with client.

The trespass, eviction, termination of patient relationships etc should be considered only in the lasr resort in extreme circumstances.
