Sex and sexuality are part of life.Aside from reproduction ,sex can be about intimacy and pleasure.sexual activity can offer many health benefits-physical,intellectual,emotional,psychological, and social benefits.

  • It helps in lowering blood pressure
  • Burning calories
  • Increasing heart health
  • Strengthening muscles
  • Reducing heart attack

Sex also affect health behaviour.now a days,teenage pregnancy are very common.lack of sexual protection and awareness cause sexually transmitted diseases such as AIDS,Syphilis and unintended pregnancy.This may adversely affect the health behaviour of peoples.sexual risk behaviours should be avoid.
