Answer :-prescription medication are sold only a under a doctor's direction. The patient required to visit the doctor  along with a diagnosis and monitoring to make sure that the medicine is safe and effective. Examples of prescripton medication are ,

*Levothyroxine(Hypothyrodism)

*Azithromycin(antibiotic)

Otc medication( over-the- counter drugs) do  not required doctors prescription. Otc medication drugs typically treat conditions that are easy to self diagnosis ,such as head aches, colds and allergies. It can be purchased at drug stores, grocery shop, and supermarket.examples of it medications are

*Loratadin(anti histamine)

*acetaminophen and ibuprofen (pain relievers)
