Whistle blowing is the right thing to be done by the nurses who witness their fellow nurses taking part in the unethical or wrong things that may effect the patient's condition. But this may lead to personal conflicts among nurses and may sometime be the reason for ending one's carrier as nurse.

To safeguard against legal retribution for whistleblowing, nurses should follow these steps:

1. Record all collaborations relating to the whistleblowing occurrence.

2. Remain objective by just chronicling the realities and not making individual decisions.

3. Set up the grievance as a written record.

4. Prior to continuing with the whistleblowing, talk with your state attendants affiliation or legitimate insight.

5. Document the violation.
