The Tenant,

Place.

Dear Sir,

I have seen you are being very disobedient to the rules and regulations of my rented property. You have brought illegal people, kids to my place which is very much against the rules which I have mentioned you at the time of your arrival. I warn you to not to do any such instances any more. If you want to continue with the same behaviour, you can leave my house. This is the last warning, if I found any such instances again I would proceed legally.

Expecting a good behaviour.

Regards,

Landlord name.
