bone marrow is involved in heamatopoisis.  hematopoitic cells which is present in the red bone marrow and responsible for producing all blood cells.

aplastic anemia is results from bone marrow depression and leads decreased production of all blood cells.

the newborn has been diagnosed as aplastic anemia as congenital anomalies such as fanconi anemia, shows structural deformities like microcephaly, abnormal digits and bones.

she has cuts due to insufficent number of all blood cells , leads  pancytopenia and therefore easy bruising and bleeding all over the body such from nose, mouth, gastrointestinal tract

causes of this disease may be due to xay radiation, viral infcetions,bacterial infection , infilteration of malignanat cells, certain mediactions, foliacid antagonist, nitrogen mustard, radium.
