Answer #1

Out of all the option, these values would be the concern and require notification to the RN and HCP

1) As the patient have decrease level of RBC i.e; 4.1 million/uL, whereas the normal level of Red Blood Cells in Male is 4.7 to 6.1 million cells per microliter (cells/mcL) and in Female is 4.2 to 5.4 million cells/mcL.

3) As the patient had low platelet count of 125,000 mm3, whereas the normal platelets count is 150,000 - 400,000 per mm3 of blood.

5) the patient also had the low level of HCT of 35, whereas the normal levels in men range from 41%-50% and in female, the normal range is slightly lower: 36%-44.

The rest of the values are in normal range.
