What are the physical and mental indicators of good speech delivery?

How might these indicators change depending on the method of speech delivery employed?

Physical indicators are the function of mental state. How a person behave what his body language is totally dependent on what kind of mental state the person is in.

Good physical indicators are body movement, hairs , movement of fingers with the speech, facial expression and many more. While mental indicator are pace of the speech, voice quality, hold on nerves, social and emotional intellect etc.

These indicators are influenced by many factors in many ways like how a person behaves is totally depend on how much the speaker is prepared, how the audience is behaving, is the speaker is under any pressure or is there any language barrier. So these are the conditions which affects first menta indicator and then physical indicator subsequently.
