1. Have you recently participated in coaching an employee or have you been coached? Describe the what it consisted of and outcomes. Include both individual and organizational outcomes.

Coaching is a form of getting trained or training others over certain topics .Coaching others needs a greater skill ,in depth knowledge on the topic ,able to handle groups, etc. ,Whereas being coached helps an employee to gain knowledge and information in the subject and help them to develop their skill.

Individual generally in both ways ,that is either when they are coached or coaching others has the knowledge and confidence in clarifying all doubts .It helps one to grow in self .

In organization ,it gains a standard as outcomes and can act as a role model to other organizations.
