Answer #1

In the present health care system with increased use of information technology ,patient's confidentiality has become more difficult to maintain as the as the access to patient private information has considerably increased.

Most medical bills are paid by some forms of health care either private or public, this makes it difficult to keep information truly confidential. Confidential breach may also happen when clinicians share medical information as CASE STUDY. A patient's data name etc should be changed for publishing in journal.

Health records are routinely viewed by not only by physicians and doctors, but also by staffs of insurance companies ,Medical laboratories, data collectors researchers and many other, who might play a role in spreading private confidential information of patients..
