Answer - Saturated fat which you get from animal sources of food such as milk, ghee, red meat etc are very dangerous. It increase your blood cholesterol (LDL - low density lipoprotein) level very fast and increase the risk of heart disease.

So you should avoid saturated fat in your diet and should adopt healthy lifestyle because fat diet increase your blood cholesterol levels and deposited inside blood vessels and make them narrow so increase the risk of coronary artry disease or heart disease.

For healthy lifestyle you should limit your saturate fat in diet 10 percent of total calories intake and limit it to 7 % of your total calories.
