Interprofessional strategy:

Introduction: The health care professional intially communicate with the other care workers. It is very important to present yourself infront of other health care professional inorder to maintain good rapport among yourself. Mainly 4 steps of interprofessional collaboration strategies are the following:

1. Introduce oneself: first newly joined health care professional has to introduce to other co-health workers and maintain the relationships.
2. Patient care: secondly we have to observe the patient in the health care setting and observe the how to prevent the duseadis.
3. Collaboration with team members: share the idea's and views to the other health care workers about plan to the patient health care needs. mainly it focusing on the problem solving.
4. Feedback: The last strategy of health care organisation is feedback from the interprofessional collaborations.
