1) History collection plays an important role in the treatment of a patient.Hence it is necessary to collect reliable information about the patient. In this case when you feel that patient is not comfortable talking with you, you can handover the case to another medical assistant who knocks on the door and tells you to attend a call. The patient may be comfortable to reveal complaints to same gender or age groups.
2) Subjective information completely depends on patients point of view which includes personal feelings,opinions, perceptions or concerns about their health.
Objective information means the informations that are observable and measurable through observation, physical examination , diagnostic tests etc.
