Dietary cholesterol is the cholesterol that is found in the foods from animal sources such as meat, liver and other organ meats , dairy foods, egg yolks etc.

where as

Blood cholesterol basically includes the LDL cholesterol which is the bad cholesterol and the HDL cholesterol which is the good cholesterol.

The recommended daily intake of cholesterol should be not more than 300mg per day ( less than 200mg for people with heart disease) and less seven percent of calories coming from saturated fat.
