1. What is curative vs palliative cancer treatment? In your opinion, when should chemotherapy be stopped for incurative disease?

Answer : In the case of the treatment, the curative along with the palliative care and treatment are being provided. One of the major difference between the curative and palliative care includes that curative treatment focus on the removal of the cancer/ timor as much as possible to extend the life of the patient. Whereas, the palliative care indulges in providing care to the patients such as reducing the sign and symptoms, providing relief from various symptoms, providing support to the patients as well as improving the life quality of patients.

In the case where the patients doesn't shows any improvement. If the patient has already undergone chemotherapy for up to 3 times. Then it is better to stop the chemotherapy as it may increase the risk of spreading of the cancer to other body parts.
