We should be response with calmly and polite nature . And firstly we should have to establish a rapport between the patient and us so that we can understand their feelings much better and he can also getting strength to cooperate with us.

As our patients is suffering from 90%blockage of anterior interventricular branc of the left Coronary artery. And recently he having the episodes of angina.

We should have to give a health education which improves in his disease progression.

  • Eat healthy

  • Get in the habbits of taking the stairs instead of the elevator.
  • Even a short walk around the block or through your office can help get your heart rate up and invigorate your body.
  • Vacuuming , dusting and even doing laundry gets you up moving around.
  • Both fun and phyical, dancing is a great way to enjoy and grooving.
  • For many it is easier to be active with a partner . Make a date with a friend to enjoy your favourite physical activities and try to get into a regular routine of being active together.
