a) Health disparity is associated with of illness ,injury among the relative groups experienced to one another while in health care disparity there is difference in their health group insurance and quality of care

b) lack of social capital is one of   the main characteristics of urban area that contribute in negative health outcome . as lack of social capital in urban areas can impact a lot in negative health and we can directly link to mental health and depression in which it is directly affect the health of the urban resident

c)1- The better solution of lack of social capital problem is we can establish or create many opportunities for staff which results in better knowing each other .

2- we can try or look after how to build strong teams so that everyone have to be   feel valued
