The term diversity needs to be understood in broader terms when it comes to healthcare settings. Diversity in population and also in the healthcare provider is critical to improve treatment delivery and care across all population. As we know today, we have the prevalence of many health conditions and it affects all the ethnic, cultural, racial and gender alike. As we aim to bring larger population under the ambit of the healthcare treatment and management to prevent the prevalence of diseases, we also need to accommodate personnel that can help with lifespan management and the populations needing care in terms of diversity. The nursing and healthcare personnel not only improves the socio-cultural equality nut server a far more critical purpose when it comes to healthcare - communication and lifespan management to the entire population. The diversity promotes population to let go being stereotyped or afraid of being misunderstood or not understood at all when seeking medical and lifespan management care. An institution with greater diversity has a positive influence on the patient management and delivering effective and focused treatment option which has a far more larger impact on the lifespan of the patients from a certain population. As we know certain populations in the society as bound by skepticism and promoting diversity in their care shall promote gain trust and faith in the managed care and medical treatment to prevent and cure with the diseases/ illness in a scientific methods. So once the population has the trust and witness one of them or people who help and understand their apprehension and accommodate them, they are more likely to make better health and lifespan choices and get better chance at effective treatment.
