Childhood obesity in America is Epidemic because of many factors.

The main factor is American diet because the consumption of fast food in America has been exponentially increased and so as the junk food. This causes the increase in bad fats in body and causes obesity.

Culture if playing video games has also increased and people choose not to play outside as technology gives them the same feeling inside the home. So, this increases the sedentary life style and causes obesity.

There are many culture that believe fatness as family prosperity and great fertility sign. Many cultures do not allow their child to do exercise and play and this too increases the obesity.
