Answer - Homelessness in US is global health problems. Homeless cases in US due to lack of employment, poverty, lack of affordable home, use of substance abuse, low monthly wages, chronic health disease such as HIV AIDS.

Homeless people have lack of awareness about health, poor heigine, low immune systems, substance abusive, depressive. So homeless people have great risk for acute and chronic diseases.

Homeless Increase the risk of developing health problems such as disease of extremities, skin disorders,increase the risk of trauma or physical abuse, rape cases.

Precise data on prevelence of specific illness are more compare to nonhomeless people because they suffer from physical as well mental health issues.

So homeless people have major health issues.
