This patient shows the symptoms of TB.

The Mantoux tuberculin skin test can be used to test for Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection. In this test a small amount of tuberculin is injected in to the skin and get a result within 48 to 72 hrs.

OR

TB blood test ( IGRAs ) interferon gamma release assays to measure the response to TB antigens.

Then to confirm it , do culture test or sputum smear . A positive culture for M. tuberculosis confirms the diagnosis of TB disease.

May done the chest x- ray and look for spots on lungs of any changes caused by TB.
