Over the last couple of weeks we have discussed how vitamins and nutrients from foods are used by our bodies. There is no disputing that these nutrients are vital to our health.. How does this affect your thoughts/perceptions of nutrient supplements?

Answer: It is important to intake proper food which contains daily recommended nutrients. These nutrients are important for growth and development of the body. It also nourishes our brain and enable us our body system to function properly. Proper nutritional diet reduce the risk of the disease and disorders as well as deficiency diseases. The nutrients which consumes directly from the foods, fruits as well as from other nutritional foods.

But due to unavailability of the foods, lack of proper diet as well as lack of time to take care, people switch to supplements. These supplements provides the daily recommended dose required by the body. But we should not be dependent on the nutritional supplements because most of the time, they are synthetic and prepared. Hence they might also have other toxic effects on our body system.
