Scenario:
Jay-Jay is a 3-1/2-year-old preschooler. She is usually a happy, outgoing child, but lately she has been quiet and reserved in the classroom. She has also started to cling to her mother when she leaves the preschool for work. This morning, Jay-Jay quietly hung up her coat, hat, and scarf, and walked over to you for her daily morning health check. You notice three small bruises on her upper right arm which are approximately 1/2 inch in diameter and equally spaced. Prepare a short description of what you have observed. List the items that might raise your concern, and explain your rationale for including each one.

Jay Jay recently being very clingy to her mother.

But today she is quiet and obeying child to the protocol at preschool.

3 briuses observed in her upper right arm equally spaced it looks like someone had physically abused her at home.

i think like this because today she is quietly doing the protocols at school without resistance being having fear of subjecting herself for some more physical abuse.

She is also affected pshychologically due to fear

To interview mother about the bruises

Did the mother observed those bruises

If not what is the reason?

Did the mother witnessed the bruises earlier

Any other person living with them at home

Did anything happen in their community like this earlier?

With whom and all the child is in close contact?

Did the mother or anyone try to intimidate the child in any form like verbal or physical form?
