Answer: The cerebral palsy is a condition in which the infant have poor muscle tone as well as unable to lift her head own according to the proper age development. The movement of the infant becomes uncontrolled specially legs and arms. Sometimes ethical Delimma arises in the case where parents are not ready for the treatment that should be provided to the infant further. Although the decision of the parents for their child should be considered, but ethically knowing the things and circumstances, it feels not good to see a child with severe pain.

In the case of the ethicak delimma, effective communication plays major role. Effective communication includes using simple and direct words which can be easily understood by the patients/ family members. It is important to gain trust of the patient. Providing counseling and imparting education to the patient can also reduce the ethicak delimma.
