Parse's theory is highly practiced and applicable in the field of nursing practice .It describes the true presence as the nurses caring for a patient based on the present needs and interrelating it to the requirements from their point of view .There can be many situations experienced by one in the field of health care sector. One situation likw a women who has delivered a baby and is in her post natal period is cared based on their cultural practices ,needs and believes ,traditional way. This is often preferred by mother and family members compared to allopathic medications and treatment regimen .Working in these types of situations can make one understand the feeling of true presence .
