1. Nursing means to help others. It is not such an easy to work every one in community or hospital setups. There are many qualities that a nurse should have.

Now a days nurses are facing many consequences personally because of lateral violence. Verbal or non verbal abuse , fighting may leads to high frustration, lack of confidence, disrespectful.

2. Not only a single profession faces these types of issues. Every job has its own comfort or discomfort zones. The thing is how an individual manages.

3. Educate the collegues, be supportive to co-workers,aware abouts do's and don'ts, be strong enough to manage every situation that come across.
