please i need answers on these question.

Locate a phone scenario and/or training videos. Post the complete link for all to view. Then in three complete sentences describe the scenario and whether the information aligns with telephone techniques in medical assisting and why/how. Describe IF not why/how would you modify the scenario. I.E. While the medical professional was polite, she hung up before the patient. And/or the medical professional did not repeat the day, date, and time only the date and time.
