yes eventhough its year 2020, there is still discrimination based on race and religion in healthcare field.

socially disadvantaged groups experiences health status disparities, due to the strong racist behviour imbibed by the society and it has become difficult to breakthrough these prejudices of society.

racism has become a deep rooted ideology thereby creating biases among people who also belong to healthcare,

and if the minority commumity belongs to a poor economic background it makes the situation worse thereby recieving low quality health care.

evn religion based discrimation is also present in todays world,eg: several muslim patients have been subjected to low care health facilty due to discrimination\

its high time that we keep ourself away from these prejudices and work for the betterment of patient as an individual rather than treating them as member of minority community
