1- Encourage healthy eating programs and tell the students the importance of a balanced diet.

2- Include Yoga and physical activity in the classroom program

3- plant more trees in the nearby surrounding.

4- Stop using plastic bags.

5- We should not do all the above occasionally but it should include into daily practice.
