To make her understand the policies, at first I will try to understand her current financial Conditions.If she is quite good right now, then I will deliberately explain her that it is beyond our policies and there are many more needy people who are in need of these medicines and she is depriving them.

If her condition is not good, then I will softly try to convince her that taking away medicine from the sample cabinet will deprive a needy from getting medicines.Moreover, I will try to help her in buying medicines from a store atleast currently.
