In this condition, wil the stress generated in the spring be beyond the maximum allowable torsional stress?

Stress generated in Spring will not be beyond maximum allowable torsional stress because here the value of stress is just 35.282 N/mm2 which is very less than the allowable stress which lies in range of 200-700 N/mm2  depending upon the safety of factor.
