(ii) Education: Education is meant to increase a person’s understanding of a subject.Safety committee members can use this book to expand their knowledge thereby positively influencing their coworkers to create a safe workplace.

(iii) Enforcement: Enforcement is a subject that many leaders don’t like to talk about. It’s a subject that many associate with penalties, termination, and other uncomfortable consequences.
