Types of consequences that can give rise to adverse events in a industrial plant are-

1. If the demands of workers are not met, then their association can start a strike, which can lasts for very long time duration. This event can affect the production process largely in the plant.

2. If any accident such as blast in the boiler, or any other equipment, may result in a big loss to the plant both economic and loss of lives as well.

3.Any worker's loss of life, due to improper safety procedures in the plant, can rage anger on the other workers and may lead to goodwill loss of the industrial plant.

4. Any malpractices adapted by the plant manager or thier workers can led to low quality production of products. Thus lossing faith towards its customers.
