Vibration analysis of machine means we want to know machine vibration behaviour during its operation because vibration setup unwanted stresses in machine parts which leads to decrease of life of a machine.

Vibration analysis procedures

1) Mathematical modelling: In this procedure we drive the mathematical equations, solved it and and analyse the solution .

2) Vibration measuring devices: We measure the machine vibration using some devices like accelerometer and analyse its output.

3) Model analysis: A physical model of whole machine or its parts tested for vibration behaviour.

4) Computer simulation: A computer simulation shows visually machine vibration so we can adjust its vibration behaviour taking suitable stiffness, damping and mass.
