b. 10.53
c. 13.6 mA
d. 16.52 mA

I know the answer is B but have a hard time seeing th calucation

A 5000 LBS/H steam flow meter reads 2500 LBS/H with a 8 mA signal. The transmitter
is calibrated 0-100”WC. also can someone help me see the calucation needed to understand what this is saying
