A) For heat treatable steel the yield strength are more than one because at different temperatures it have different yield strength, it is totally depend on tempering time and temperature.

C) Iron carbon phase diagram is very useful in understanding the phases of iron at a particular temperature and the diagram is between the percentage of carbon in iron is plotted in x axis and the temperature on the y axis in Celsius .

D) temperature limit for austenitizing steel

1) 0.5% carbon- 769-850celcius ( Lower and upper limit of temperature)

2)1% carbon - 800-910 celcius ( lower and upper temperature limit)
