The specification sheet for a 0 - 100 psi pressure transducer states the accuracy as 0.15% of the full scale range. What does this mean in terms of psi over the full scale range?

The Accuracy in terms pf psi would be

(% accuracy of full scale) x (range)

= (0.15/100) x (100 psi - 0 psi)

= ± 0.15 psi

This means that the gauge would be accurate to ± 0.15 psi of the full range, This error is fixed. At pressure of 100 psi, the error is  ± 0.15 psi. So reading may be between 99.85 psi to 100.15 psi.The error as percantage of actual value would be 0.15/100 = 0.15%. Going lower, the error as a percentage of actual value increases. At pressure of 15 psi, the error would be the same, i.e. ± 0.15 psi So the error as percantage of actual value is 0.15/15 = 1%
