Write the given data in ascending order.

Find the median of the ascending order data

Median, Q2= 32 (average of two middle values 32, and 32)

Step 3:

Divide the data into two equal halves of first 10 set of data and last 10 set of data. Find their median.

First halve:

12,13,18,20,22,24,26,26,28,32

Median, Q1= 23 (22 and 24)

Second halve:

32,34,39,40,40,42,45,50,52,68

Median Q3= 41 (40 and 42)

Step 4:

Draw the line with the given set of as measurements and mark Q1 and Q3. Draw a both between Q1 and Q3, then draw Q2 as middle line. The box plot can be draw in horizontal also.
