Question: Give an example of a quadratic function with y-intercept of 4 that is increasing on (0, 10).
The answer I got is f(x)=x^2 + 4... but Im confused is it right or not? And if this is wrong please give the right equation. (am I able to use the point (0,10) in the equation?)
