Question

What geometric concepts can you introduce by using manipulatives or technology? How would you decide when manipulatives and technology are best used as class activities, or when they are best used for a teacher to demonstrate a concept?

Answer #1

**Geoboards** could be one to identify the simple
geometric shapes and then describe the properties of that
identified shapes and it is used to develop the spatial sense

**Geometric solid models** could also be used to
teach the spatial reasoning and nets

Teacher should take the initiative toward the manipulative sin maths and encourages the student so that they can explore the shapes and the attributes of the shapes and to implement this teacher should provide appropriate manipulative and properly structured environment to make the things go with the smooth flow . Students can explore the shapes by creating a new one or decomposing them and by sorting or comparing them. Students would be able to create the shapes over dot paper, geoboards or graph paper and represent them in blocks or drawings.

how our ears can listen to music from a musical instrument. Talk
about what sound is, how does it change, and why we hear it.

concepts or theories of engineerig (coding or actual elwctrical

Define the the concepts of therapeutic communication. Using at

communication to maintain effective processes of care in your
future clinical practice.

Reflect on the concepts of linear and non-linear systems. What
concepts (only the names) did you need to accommodate the concept
of linear and non-linear systems in your mind? What are the
simplest linear system and non-linear system you can imagine? In
your day to day, is there any occurring fact that can be
interpreted as linear systems and non-linear systems? What strategy
are you using to get the graph of linear systems and non-linear
systems?
