so, yes, this aint biased!

Well, out of all sports being broadcasted on TV,
she asked if basketball is the best to watch,

But yes, it is biased because the question itself states "basketball"
which will already impel students to say basketball more than other sports.

A proper unbiased question would have been
"Which sport do you think is most fun to watch on TV?"
