Find the absolute extrema if they exist, as well as all values of x where they occur for ?(?) = −3?^ 4 + 8? ^3 + 18? ^2 + 2.

g'(x)= -12(x-3)(x+1) Critical # -1,0,3

- I was told that you can only have one critical number with open intervals

Also I was given a question g(x)= 4(x)^3+x(x)^2-10(x)+8 correct answer is no absolute extrema due to end behavior, can you explain this?
