Question A: Part of being able to do integrations is choosing a good method without knowing what “chapter” we’re in and what method we just learned. So, here are some integrations where you have to figure out what method works, if any.

i) integral of e^x * cos(7x) dx

ii) integral of cos(3x)cos(5x) dx

iii) same as (ii) but the definite integral from -pi to +pi

iv) integral of x * e^(-x^2) dx

v) integral of 1/(x * (x+1) ) dx

vi) integral of e^x/(1+e^x) dx

vii) integral of 1/(1+e^x) dx

viii) integral of sqrt(1-x^2) dx
