Which of the following statements is false

a.

If one plane and one line are parallel then the corresponding vectors are parallel.

b.

If two planes are parallel then the corresponding vectors are parallel

c.

If two planes are orthogonal then the corresponding vectors are orthogonal

d.

If two line are orthogonal then the corresponding vectors are orthogonal

Homework Answers

Answer #1

If two planes are parallel or perpendicular then their corresponding vectors are also parallel or penpendicular.

Same applies to lines too. If two lines are parallel or perpendicular then their corresponding vectors are parallel or perpendicular.

Direction vector of a plane is normal to the plane , so if a plane is parallel to a line then their corresponding direction vectors are not parallel.

Thats why statement a is false.

First statement is false , rest all are true.
