Explain in your own words why polar coordinates seem better suited for circular-type functions, while the rectangular coordinate system seems better suited for linear-type graphs.
Because there are mostly two reasons:-
1. Circular type function contain more x and y power terms that will be a increase complexity in rectangular but in polar they will be simply repalced by r ,which decreases the complexity.
2.circular functions are easily described by sine and cosine
parts and we know fundamental of polar is sine and cosine

For linear types graph rectangular is better beacuse polar increase unnecessary complexity.
For example
2x-3y +1 = 0
It is a simple linear equation and easily analyized. But in polar form
analyzing is difficult
