Let width of the rectangle be x.
Given that the length of a rectangle is 4 ft longer than twice the width.
Therefore, length = 4 + 2x
As perimeter = 2(l+b) = 98 ft
2*(x + 4 + 2x) = 98
    3x + 4 = 49
           3x = 45
             x = 15
Therefore, Width = x = 15
                 Length = 2x + 4 = 30 + 4 = 34
