Physical assets are those assets which one can feel, see, touch. These assets incur depreciation losses due to wear and tear. Physical assets needs expenses such as maintenance, repairs and upgrades etc.  

Financial Asset:

The financial assets are not tangible hence they cannot be seen except for documents.

These assets does have depreciation losses due to wear and tear.

The market value of these assets can be depreciate due to market situations.
