I am writing letter indicating that the change of company name (in reference to provision of Companies Act,2013,India)

In reference to our company M/s Grand and Chaudhary Private Limited,this is to inform you that the name of the company has been changed from M/s Grand and Chaudhary Private Limited to M/s Chaudhary Private Limited. with due approval of shareholders.The approval was dated on 16th feb,2020 and a new Certificate of Incorporation upon the change of name of the company as issued by the Registrar of Companies,Delhi dated 20th Feb,2020 has been attached herewith.

The new registration no is DHPC56422AP.

You are requested to take the note of the same and refer all the further communications by the name of M/s Chaudhary Private Limited from this day of the month.This is meant for your record and perusual.
